Refund policy

We hope to never have a dissatisfied customer.  Our products are custom, for this reason we have a no refund/return/exchange policy.


Please always leave a email with all custom orders. This gives us the opportunity to be able to communicate and send proofs for your approval before item is put into production. Once item is approved there will be no cancellation once production has began.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We stand behind our products and want to ensure 100% satisfaction. You have a 10 day period once item is received to notify us with any complaints or concerns. Please contact our customer care team with any complaints or concerns at Ucdcustomercare@gmail.com.
