We are determined to get your products out in a timely fashion. Please allow 7-21 business days turnaround depending on the custom item. Please keep in mind these are hand crafted custom items. They will take time to create and process.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are shipped.

Please always double check your address is correct. It is important to always leave your email address so we will be able to reach out to you concerning your order.

For all local orders in the DFW area pickup/delivery can be arranged.
